What is Curbside Pick-Up?
For those customers located in the DMV area that would prefer to pick up their orders, then consider the curbside pick-up option. This service is available 7 days a week!
At this time, curbside pick-up is only available in NE, Washington, DC.
How Does Curbside Pick-up Work?
It’s quite simple!
Select your items and Add to Cart.
At checkout, select the ‘Pick-up’ option (ONLY NE PICK-UP AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME). Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a link to the scheduler (be sure to select the correct location) OR you can schedule your pick-up using the link on this page.
Can I Pick-Up The Same Day?
Same-day pick-up depends on my availability. I always try my best to meet my customer’s needs, but I cannot guarantee that I can accommodate same-day pick-ups.

Are You Open For In-Person Shopping?
Madam Z’s Crystal Shop is still in its early stages and does not yet have the resources to operate a storefront at this time. I run my business entirely on my own and operate out of my home office. Therefore, I am unable to offer in-person shopping.
