What is Curbside Pick-Up?
If you are located in the DMV area and would like to save on shipping costs, then consider the curbside pick-up option. This service is available 7 days a week and is available as late as 9 pm.
For added convenience, I have made this service available in two alternative locations, one in NW and another in NE Washington, D.C. Pick-Up hours vary by day & location.
How Does Curbside Pick-up Work?
It’s quite simple!
Select your items and Add to Cart.
At checkout, select the ‘Pick-up’ option and your desired location. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a link to the scheduler (be sure to select the correct location) OR you can schedule your pick-up using the link on this page.
Can I Pick-Up The Same Day?
Same-day pick-up depends on my availability. I always try my best to meet my customer’s needs, but I cannot guarantee that I can accommodate same-day pick-ups.

Are You Open For In-Person Shopping?
Madam Z’s Crystal Shop is still in its early stages and does not yet have the resources to operate a storefront at this time. I run my business entirely on my own and operate out of my home office. Therefore, I am unable to offer in-person shopping.
